Production Process & Equipment
Our production begins with computer-aided design (CAD). The process involves precise cutting of double-layer PVC material (typically 0.3mm reflective mirror film for the outer layer and a thicker, 0.45mm-0.50mm PVC for the inner lining) using automated cutting machines . The pieces are then assembled by high-frequency welding machines, which create strong, airtight seams. This is followed by the attachment of reinforced D-rings for secure hanging .
