Payment term: Pay 30% as the deposit to start the order. Before production, we will design 3D artwork for your confirmation. After the goods are finished, we will take photos and videos for you. After your confirmation, pay the balance and arrange shipping.

Regarding the concern about halogen lamps being hot and the balloon possibly burning out: We have a lamp cover. The lamp protect cover prevents the balloon jacket from touching the hot halogen bulb in case of sudden power failure, ensuring perfect protection for the balloon.

Can there be two wires? 

One wire to control the blower and one wire to control the lamp? Yes, two wires can be customized.

Can the moon balloon be used outdoors? Yes, even in slightly rainy weather. Our reasonable design keeps rainwater from entering the balloon. The blower and electric system are protected. It also keeps dust out. Additionally, we provide 5 sandbags for each balloon. The sandbags are hidden inside the black tripod coat, ensuring a clear and beautiful appearance as well as wind resistance.

How high can it reach? The tripod is a 3.2m stainless tripod with a 3-foot adjustable length. For example, a 1.5m moon balloon: balloon height 1.5m + tripod height 3.2m = a total height of 4.7m.

Choice between halogen lamp and LED lamp: Halogen lamp options include 2x650w, 2x1000w, and 4x1000w. LED lamp options range from 80w to 960w.
