Payment term: 30% of the total amount is required as the deposit to commence the order. Before production, we will design 3D artwork for your confirmation. Once the goods are finished, we will take photos and videos for you. After your confirmation, please pay the balance and arrange for shipping.

Question: Halogen lamp is hot. Is there a possibility that the balloon could burn out?

Answer: We have a lamp cover. The lamp protect cover will prevent the balloon jacket from touching the hot halogen bulb in case of sudden power failure. Thus, the balloon will be perfectly protected.

Question: Can there be 2 wires? One wire to control the blower and one wire to control the lamp?

Answer: Yes, 2 wires can be customized.

Question: Can the moon balloon be used outdoors?

Answer: Yes, it can. Even in light rainy weather, our reasonable design will prevent rainwater from entering the balloon. The blower and electric system will be protected. It also keeps dust out. Besides, we provide 5 pieces of sandbags for each balloon. The sandbags are hidden inside the black tripod coat, maintaining a clear and beautiful appearance while providing wind resistance.

Question: How high can it reach?

Answer: The tripod is a 3.2m stainless one, and its 3 feet can adjust the length. For example, for a 1.5m moon balloon, 1.5m (balloon) + 3.2m (tripod) = a total height of 4.7m.

Question: Halogen lamp or LED lamp choice?

Answer: For halogen lamps, options include 2x650w, 2x1000w, and 4x1000w. For LED lamps, the power ranges from 80w to 960w.
