. The pieces are then assembled by high-frequency welding machines, which create strong, airtight seams. This is followed by the attachment of reinforced D-rings for secure hanging

Quality Control & Testing: Each inflatable mirror ball undergoes a rigorous multi-stage inspection. This includes an initial material check, an inflation test where the unit is inflated to its maximum capacity and held for a set period to check for air leaks and ensure shape integrity, and a final inspection of the reflective surface, seams, and accessories like air pumps and repair kits

Packing and Shipping Options

It is typically packed in a high-strength PVC or Oxford cloth bag, while the air blower, repair kits, ropes, and sandbags for stabilization are secured in a separate carton box. The entire package is then placed in a standard export carton, ensuring damage-free transportation
