Ellipse and tube-shaped lights, filled with either air or helium, are innovative balloon-shaped lighting solutions for the film and TV industries. To achieve a qualified light quality, special techniques are employed to ensure that general lighting sources such as HMI, LED, or tungsten halogen emit evenly distributed lights through a diffuser.
The Artemis product features a special treated balloon envelope with HMI or a hybrid (HMI + tungsten) as the light source. It evenly distributes light, creating a scene similar to daylight conditions. The daylight color temperature ranges between 5500k and 5600k. Osram HMI lamps are the standard option for the film industry, while Philips MSR or top Chinese brand HMI like Taiwan Jenbo can also be used, ensuring the exact daylight quality of the lighting. The Artemis can be customized to fit well with Arri or Power Gems ballasts. Meanwhile, our regular flicker-free power electronic ballast is capable of enabling the lighting balloons to work in high-speed shooting, fulfilling any possible needs.
By integrating our patented balloon lighting technology and the requirements of the film and TV industry, the Artemis was created. These lighting balloons are ideal for the rental market for repeated use.
The Artemis lineup series includes:

Our lighting balloons currently range up to 20k - 20,000w HMI range in tube shape. Due to their versatility, lighting balloons offer a perfect option for the TV and film industry. Our product differs from traditional soft diffusers. It can be filled with either normal air for suspension or helium gas for float application, depending on the actual site/scene condition, lighting requirement, and budget.
Besides, our upcoming Artemis - Halo is used on a tripod stand for mobile use as a partial fill-in light or for other related purposes. Artemis Cloud is designed to further soften the sunlight evenly.

Maintain & Storage:
1. Disinfect and clean the balloon regularly.
2. Check the balloon before using. If any damage is found, mend it with the repair kit (material patches and glue).
3. After use, remove sundries both outside and inside the balloon.
4. Before packing, ensure the balloon is clean and dry. Then store it in a cool and dry place.
