Artemis Series HMI Film Lighting Balloons: 5600K Daylight Quality with Up to 10kW and Over 1,000,000lm Output
The Artemis series of HMI Film Lighting Balloons are specifically designed and crafted for the film and television industries, offering a standard lighting power range of up to 10kW with an impressive output of over 1,000,000lm in 5600K daylight quality.
To replicate the natural daylight, we employ special techniques that enable general lighting sources like HMI, LED, or tungsten halogen to emit evenly distributed light through a diffuser. The result is an evenly diffused, flicker-free lighting condition with a high-quality daylight color temperature ranging from 5500K to 5600K.
The Artemis series boasts top-notch electronics and ballast control, allowing for customization to fit well with Arri or Power Gems ballasts. The lineup includes spherical, elliptical, cube, and tube versions in various sizes, ranging from 2.5m to 5m in diameter for spherical, 2.2x3m and 3.3x4.4m for elliptical, 2.2m to 5m for cube, and 1.8x5.5m to 2.5x10m for tube. These can be filled with air for suspension or helium for floating applications, depending on the specific site/scene conditions, lighting requirements, and budget.
In addition to the existing lineup, we are also developing the Artemis Halo and Artemis Cloud models. Our lighting balloons currently range up to 20kW HMI in tube shape, differentiating them from traditional soft diffusers. The Artemis HMI1855 RT 1.8x5.5m balloon light, specifically designed for the film and TV industry, is a prime example of our innovative products.
